All our knives and cutlery pieces are handmade in our workshop. Our catalog and our manufacturing are organized around 3 universes: The Table: table knives, table cutlery pieces, serving pieces; The Kitchen: Professional quality kitchen knives; The pocket: folding knives, corkscrew-knives and sommeliers. Each of these universes offers several range levels in which our historical lines are available such as Laguiole, Le Thiers, Stylver, as other more recent models, all created and registered by GOYON-CHAZEAU. GOYON-CHAZEAU also offers a selection of luxury knives, proposed or made to order with exceptional materials and detailed finishes.
